Field has worked as a solar developer to facilitate the advancement of a 1.5GW portfolio located throughout the East Coast. He has also helped a top-10 nationally ranked developer and EPC company's leasehold acquisition interest grow by over 50%. In negotiating approximately $100M in solar contracts, one of Field’s greatest strengths is the art of negotiation and bringing quality solar sites and developments to the table.
Parker HardinAcquisitions Manager | Solar | Multi-Family
Mr. Hardin specializes in the acquisition of sites in the utility scale solar and multifamily sectors. Most notably he recently succeeded in securing 170 MW of solar leases under the Georgia Power RFP. He also manages the Affordable Housing division in the greater Southeastern US including Florida, Georgia, North & South Carolina. B.S. Finance University of Georgia.
Maggie's role as an analyst is to support the project managers through site identification and review, GIS, project due diligence and reporting. She brings several years of experience and a detailed approach to our administrative support team.

Wayne has 15 years of real estate experience. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Wayne has extensive training in analyzing property for development that allows him to help all types of clients with their goals. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys golfing and fishing. He and his wife, Kristi, have two daughters, Brooke and Heidi.
Bernard JohnsonProject Manager
Bernard has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. His experience includes the negotiation of commercial retail/light industrial space, contracting with several department of transportation agencies, utility companies with electric transmission, oil/gas/solar companies for right of way and easement acquisition, negotiations and performing relocation services, as well as conducting general commercial real estate brokerage transactions for private developers and public entities, nationwide. Bernard holds a Real Estate Broker license in several states. His skill sets also include performance of real estate strategic master planning, real estate feasibility studies, fiscal and economic impact studies, market analysis, spatial and physical asset analysis, demographics studies and analysis, real estate portfolio evaluation, fiscal demographics studies, and general real estate commercial market research. Bernard holds a BA in Urban Studies/Public Administration and an MBA in Business Administration and Finance. He holds the SRWA designation, the highest designation from the International Right of Way Association “IRWA”, as well as certifications in Right of Way Negotiations (R/W-NAC) and Right of Asset Property Management (R/W-AMC).
